What are Pimples?

Pimples are caused by the union of several factors, which involve excess production of skin oiliness, accumulation of bacteria, tendency to swell, hormonal irregularity, and tendency to accumulate dead cells and tissues.

#1. Ice

Ice can use to reduce redness, swelling, and inflammation of pimples and pimples. It also

Also, it’s having a gently calming effect. Properties help reduce redness and inflammation of the pimples. It also helps dry black and white spots.

#4. Toothpaste

Toothpaste can also use to treat pimples quickly. It is especially effective when we use it after ice.
It is important that it is white toothpaste, and that it is not gel. We must let the paste work on the pimple for at least half an hour before rinsing with warm water. Don’t leave it any longer because it can irritate your skin.

#5. Steam

Steam is great for our skin in any situation, but it is especially beneficial when we have pimples.
The steam opens our pores, allowing our skin to breathe. This helps our body eliminate possible excesses of sebum, dirt, and bacteria trapped in the pores that cause inflammation.

#6. Garlic

The garlic is an antiviral, antifungal, antiseptic, and antioxidant, which can help treat pimples quickly thanks to its anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, and purifying properties.

The sulfur in garlic promotes rapid healing of pimples. Clean the area where you have the pimples well and then apply some crushed garlic, leave on for 10 minutes and then remove with water.

#7. Bicarbonate

The bicarbonate is another effective home remedy when treating pimples because it helps to exfoliate the skin, eliminating excess sebum, bacteria, and dead cells.

Make a paste with a little baking soda and water and use it as a scrub to clean your face or body a couple of times a week.

#8. Honey

Honey is a natural antibiotic capable of speeding up the pimple’s healing process, as well as preventing future infections. It has antibacterial and antioxidant properties that help eliminate microbes and clogged pores that cause the appearance of acne.

You can make a honey mask and apply it a couple of times a week. You can also make a mask with honey and lemon or with honey and cinnamon.

Mask with honey for acne

  • Two tablespoons honey
  • One lemon’s juice.
  • A spoonful of fresh yogurt.
  • Warm water.

Apply in the area where you have acne and leave for 20 minutes, then remove with warm water. It is advisable to prepare the mask every time you use it always with fresh ingredients.

#9. Cucumber

Cucumber is a food rich in potassium and vitamins A, C, and E. It also has a soothing and cooling result on the skin.

Place cucumber slices on the acne-affected skin and leave for 15-20 minutes, then remove and wash. You can repeat the process every day.

#10. Papaya

Papaya is a wealthy source of antioxidants and vitamins, as well as having enzymes that help reduce inflammation, making our skin softer and smoother.

You can prepare a mask of papaya and honey and apply it on the affected area a couple of times a week. Leave on for 15 minutes, and always remove it with warm water.
